As a Life Design Coach. I specialise in helping those who are entering a transitional period in their life, whether it's a life transition, a career change or moving towards entrepreneurship, I work with individuals to unlock their potential, amplify their strengths and build the confidence they need to design a life that truly works for them.
We all have moments when we realize what we’re doing no longer aligns with our values. We intuitively know it’s time for a change, but often, we lack the tools to make it happen. So we carry on—until one day, enough is enough. We no longer want to feel stuck or stagnant.

Today I responded to a vacancy which really appealed to me, that I would have previously overlooked, doubting my ability to fulfil the role. Instead I spoke with confidence, focussing on my strengths, thinking ‘what would Devika do?’ And I am now being considered.
Devika was very straight to the point and carefully evaluated what I did and didn’t need on my CV. I felt so confident after doing this and having a second opinion and pair of eyes to truly bring the best out of me. I cannot thank Devika enough for spending the time to make the process easier for me and subsequently helping land me a new job.
